I was disappointed with my stay this time!!! There was a youth hockey team staying the same weekend while we were there and the kids were all running through the hotel (along with other kids who were not staying at the hotel) the noise level was ridiculous and it seemed that the staff couldn’t address the issues (I contacted the front desk 3 times the first night, and again the 2nd night! )Even after quiet hours of 10:00 pm the noise of slamming doors and running the hallways was awful.
We shouldn’t have to pay for other people’s noise and others who are not paying and staying at the hotel’s use of the amenities (pool). 2 out of 3 nights were just loud!!!

It was terrible. Would never stay here again. If you want sleep, it's probably quieter in a factory. It was like a daycare zoo with hundreds of kids (quite literally) that were allowed to roam free screaming in the hallway banging the doors that were all propped open with the security latch. When kids open those, they don't shut them quietly. All night screaming and banging. Might have been quiet from 4am to 6am. I called front desk. Nothing changed. Shower was full of someone else's hair. Gross. Then after minimal sleep, go down for breakfast at 940am to be told there's nothing to eat because it only runs until 10 and we needed to get their much earlier. The pillows are so weak that when you lay your head down the only thing supporting your head IS THE PILLOW CASE!! Darkening drapes wouldn't close all the way, and so it stayed bright in the room.
Worst. Hotel. Stay. Ever.
And we travel enough to know what good and bad stays are. This is not a hotel but a kids playground with pool.

Best hotel stay ever! Serena & Heidi at registration are totally awesome. Clean & welcoming environment. Comfortable beds, pillows, rooms, etc. Breakfast is restaurant quality. Will definitely keep staying in this & other Holiday Inn affiliated hotels.

Very comfortable stay. Clean property. Well maintained. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Amazing burger joint/ sports bar a quick walk across the street. Safe and quiet area. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool area but it looked amazing.

Had a great experience staff was amazing everything was very clean and very friendly enjoyed the pool area and Sana and room was comfy I would recommend my friends and family to come here again I also enjoyed the breakfast I will be returning here anytime I need a vacation

Had a wonderful experience celebrating my best friend’s birthday. They accommodated getting us rooms right next to each other, close to the pool which we enjoyed from the hot tub to pool. Rooms were very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and clean! The hotel was completely booked yet noise was not an issue. We had rooms on the 1st floor with patio which was a nice bonus! Enjoyed complimentary drinks that evening which was a pleasant surprise. After a wonderful sleep we enjoyed a fresh hot breakfast with a lot of variety from cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy and so much more. Would highly recommend staying! best value and comfortable stay!

the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. the rooms were nice and comfy and even the couch was nice enough to fall asleep on, plenty of room in there for others to visit. there was a nice selection of food and it was pretty tasty. there was a nice view from the pool
