Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront)

Excellent large bed and mattress excellent shower had good sleep!!will stay again!!

We were pleased with the room - its facilities and cleanliness. Staff were very pleasant at reception and at the bar. The room was also comfortable. The location is good near the town centre, beach and railway station. I would say that the bath is high and can be difficult to get in and out of for a shower. The room was cold at night and though I put the air con up to maximum it had no effect.

Holly couldn’t do enough for us, she made us welcome, sorted out room keys & gave parking advice, I hope PI appreciate what a gem they have working for them 🌟 I haven’t tried the food, the room was immaculate, no real ale 🍺 in bar only Doombar, a mass produced cask ale, not one I choose to drink,

Not enough bar staff on had to wait for over 20 minutes at one point. Stayed for 3 nights with a baby not once was the bins emptied in the room so you can imagine dirty baby nappies in the room. No car park apart from the 2 empty plots of land by the side of the hotel why do they not buy this land. Good points room was nice and check in was easy.

Excellent location. Seafront, hotel was clean and rooms were fabulous very clean fresh and a good size Coffee/tea in room Staff in restaurant was friendly and breakfast was very good and plentiful Would I stay again (this is my 2nd visit) So definitely yes

Great room facilities, coffee machine etc and iron in room, nice touch with greens chocolates and location was oerfect but shower was luke warm borderline cold and breakfast was very poor quality and slow service.

Clean and Convenient, friendly staff, comfy bed and good facilities in the room. Good value for money. Easy check-in and out and very helpful staff with keeping boxes in store room for me. Also left my glasses behind and they were found for me.

Stayed in many Premier Inns across the country both with work or as a couple and always tried tried to stay at premier over other hotels as you know what you are going to get . Weston seafront should be so much better. We entered the room and it smelled badly of smoke . Informed the reception waited about 35 mins and no one came up. Then noticed that the smoke alarms in the room had carriers bags tied over them . Went back down and then manager came up . Was moved room to top floor . Given a apology a pack of sweets and 2 hot chocolate. Hotel seems quite run down for a fairly new building . Went for breakfast in the morning was one of the worst quality ever in a Premier Inn . AS my wife was unwell checked out a day early and was informed as we had booked flex would get a refund for the last night , Waited 15 days as said on the website then contacted customer services . Customer services confirmed that the refund had not been actioned at the hotel it appeared in my account then 3 days later.

Easy enough to check in. Friendly staff at the front. Booked an evening meal and breakfast for the next morning. Both meals were good. Room very clean and tidy. Bed extremely comfortable. Slept very well and didn’t hear a noise all night. On the whole a comfortable stay.
