It’s so rare to find something big enough for a large family to stay in that doesn’t break the bank. This place was PERFECT! We had the large family room (interconnected). It was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed by the owner who was lovely and had all the kids laughing away. She was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was fabulous. Clean. Spacious. All the tea & coffee you might want. We were very glad of the fans provided as the weather was unexpectedly hot while we were there. We all slept really well and then went down to breakfast. Wow! “The Boss Man” cooked us a fantastic full English (although would cook any combination of hot breakfast you request!). Again, he was friendly and welcoming and brilliant with the kids. Alongside the cooked breakfast, there were cereals, yoghurts, toast, juices, tea/coffee. Dining room was spotlessly clean too. It was a trek from the top floor room to the ground floor dining room (or rather, the trek was going back up all the stairs after!), but I can’t fault them on that. My kids (15,13,11,8) & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again. Thank you so much for having us!

Spent a nice couple of days here, staying in the family room. The B&B was clean, with a good sized room. On-site parking was also a bonus, as well as free WiFi. The hosts, Michelle and Andrew were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and flexibility for more fussy types (not us!) wasn't a problem. Highly recommended and will definitely stop here again when we next visit WSM. Many thanks, Lee, Mandy & Charlotte.

The hotel was lovely and homely. Very quiet and comfortable family room, plenty of room for the 5 of us. Breakfast was included with the price and it was delicious. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The beach is literally across the road so it was perfect for us.
