Front desk service for check in took a long time. While waiting, someone else said they had the same thing. Easy to see areas in the washroom (light switches) were not clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. No elevator on site and the rooms are not on floor so be aware of that if disabled.

This location hadn’t been what I was expecting. It has more of a motel vibe. I made sure to wear socks/shoes while walking on the carpet in the room, an access panel had been removed from the wall, showing exposed pipes/hoses to the washroom. The chain was broken on the door. No elevator, so pack light. This is not likely a location I’d stay at more than one night. This will do in a pinch if you need somewhere to rest for a night. Close to restaurants. The location has decent wifi and TV channels. Though the location might be quaint, the staff are phenomenal and readily available to assist in resolving issues. Very friendly and professional. They helped to make the stay a bit better.

Don’t take your socks off, who knows if the carpet is clean. Tv remote did not work but we turned it on manually, cable remote volume barely worked.

Cleaning and maintenance is not a thing here, the staff were pleasant but at checkout the staff had a looong list of cleaning and maintenance issues that guests has brought forward and judging by the list from the previous day sitting beside it not much was getting done and from looking around what was done was just quick patch jobs, definitely not done by a professional.

Zero stars - Travelodge by Wyndham Wetaskiwin - Does not honor their 24 hour cancellation policy. Very poor customer service. After being advised of their 24 hour cancellation policy I called and cancelled reservation with 4 days notice and they immediately charged my credit card. Save yourself the trouble and book your stay somewhere else where you will be treated better.

Do Not Stay here unless there is no other option. Pictures lie! The pictures are from when the hotel was new. The location has no upkeep. Upon checkin even though we booked pay at hotel they tried to hit our credit card 3 different times for 3 different amounts. Then when we go to the room yes the sheets were clean but the beds bad shape and all the furniture is old and rickety and stained and marked badly. The contental breakfast was toast and cereal but no milk or juice as the person making the breakfast was busy chatting with friends in the phone. When the milk appeared there were no shelves in the fridge. Then when we returned to room on hot day the AC was not working, when we called to desk they said just go ahead and reset it. Next day we did some laundry and the hotel did mot sell or offer detergent as when we asked they looked at us like we were crazy, then the dryer did not work so we had to hang laundry all over the room. If you have a choice to stay elsewhere do! The hotel is just there to collect your money. They do not even run house cleaning service everyday.

This site has no rooms on the first floor and has no elevator so all luggage must be carried up a narrow staircase. I am 71 years old and the young man at the reception just shrugged his shoulders when we found out their was no elevator and he never offered to help carry the luggage up for me and my wife. We were quite late checking in so I did not choose to go anywhere else. After driving for 10 hours, I was too exhausted to try to find another place.

The hotel is upstairs in a ***** mall, the lobby and entrance is dismal and the rooms were not clean or comfortable. We arrived late at night and were so tired we didn't have a choice but to stay despite the lack of cleanliness,

I can't understand why this hotel has had such a low rating. It was lovely and clean, really helpful staff, beds were very comfy. Only one issue is that the disabled accommodation is on ghe ground floor but the breakfast is served on the firstfloor, which you need to climb stairs for as there is no lift.
