The staff were very professional and friendly, however, I paid extra for an upgrade room , with larger bed.The bed was a basic double.The bathroom was extremely small , not acceptable really .There was no adequate mirror in the bedroom either .This spoilt our stay .

The location of the hotel is very convenient. If you take the train to weybridge, there is a bus outside the train station to get to the hotel. If you walk, it is 2.1 kilometers away from the hotel. But the front desk service is average; it can be seen that the hotel is renovated and more luxurious, but the room, especially the design of the bathroom, still has certain defects and is not very practical; the surrounding environment of the hotel should be very beautiful in summer. Attended a friend's wedding here. Beautiful property. Superior room was spacious and in generally good condition. Nice bathroom with a good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast was in a lovely restaurant and the food quality was excellent.

Overall we had a brilliant time, the room we stayed in, very nice and airy. Very clean.
Top notch.
Worth the money.
The only downside, that is not a big choice on the menu in the restaurant.
But happily will be coming back.

I would rate this hotel a definate 5 star. Our three night stay at Oatlands park hotel was exceptional on all levels, food,our room, and staff, A big thank you to Anna on reception. And special thanks to Radu for his excellent and outstanding contribution during our stay.
