This was one of the best experiences in a hotel I had in a very long time. Everyone from check in , cleaning staff , lounge Staff and breakfast staff were friendly clean and professional. The pool sauna and hot tub area was clean and amazing after a long day . The gym was clean and well organized.

Other than their front Automatic doors and the bedroom tv not working, it was a good stay.

Beware of the management style at this hotel. While their policy clearly states "If you find it necessary to cancel or change plans, please inform us by .... to avoid a charge" you actually can not modify reservations if they have overbooked for that time. I needed to modify my reservation to one night instead of two and was told I would not be able to, I either had to cancel the entire reservation or keep it. I am deeply disappointed that management came up with no resolution and are massively taking advantage of knowing that there is an event happening in that location during that time. You would think if they overbooked the hotel, they would be willing to offer one night to someone else. Unfortunately, I am forced to stay here both nights due to availability. I am appalled that they choose to NOT follow their own policy that is clearly stated on your confirmation. I will not be supporting this hotel in the future.

I recently stayed at MICROTEL on 88 Grace St Weyburn SK S4H 3N9Canada, and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Bernadette at the front desk provided the best customer service. The room was immaculate, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location made it convenient as I was looking for refuge from a snow storm. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch hospitality experience.

Terrible experience. My child was refused the right to have diabetes supplies in the pool area. We were told that if he needed to treat his medical condition than he would need to leave the area completely. The customer service agent refused to consider my child’s medical needs or offer any flexibility regarding his medical needs.
