This is a modest b&b, great value for money, clean, comfortable and a delicious quality breakfast for the price. Parking is a challenge but it is Weymouth after all. If you are looking for a boutique experience this is not for you. But a friendly and comfortable one it definitely is.

Everything was perfect. Ideal where it is situated so quiet and lovely view from our room. Karen and Graham are so welcoming and breakfast was amazing. Definitely will be returning

Fabulous stay, very welcoming hosts. Perfect position, views of sea front and harbour. Breakfast was excellent, hot, very tasty with quality ingredients. Looking forward to booking again soon.

Excellent location with sea views to one side and harbour views to the other. The hosts were very friendly and obliging. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

The couple who own and run this property were very nice , they were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, parking unfortunately can be a bit of a problem although we managed to park in front of the property for 3 days out of the 4 we were staying .
