Breakfast has a good variety. The front desk agents were nice but they were rarely there. Between 3 different agents, they were always outside either at their car, on the phone or smoking. Housekeeping didn’t put enough towels in our room initially (2 towels for a 4 occupant double bed room) and when they picked them up, they never replaced them so we had to go back and wait for a desk agent to come back inside to assist us again. We called about an issue in the room and was told they were sending maintenance in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later, we had to leave for our excursion and when we returned they informed us he never came and he was already gone for the day. Overall the room is nice but the service is poor. I’d stay at a different Holiday Inn if you could.

I have to say I had the best nights sleep in a while. The pillows were perfectly soft and the bed just as comfortable. Loved the bathroom with the bright lights around the vanity and the oversized shower as well. Only gripe was the water pressure was eh. Other than that I was very happy with my stay!

The king room was really good, especially the bed and pillows. My only dislike was the other guest that was staying there that was arguing a lot but other than that everything was great, lovely staff and easy parking.
