Hotel’s location great, close to seafront and town centre.
The room smelt a but funny as you walked in and I would not have been able to open the window without my boyfriends help.
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it looked like someone tried to flush a teabag down the toilet and it was stuck on the bottom.
The water pressure on the 3rd floor was absolutely rubbish, it would’ve been easier to have a wash in the sink.
We did request a room with a bath tub, which we didn’t get, but on the other hand the hotel had a little outdoor garden with sauna and hot tub which we did use for additional £20/person and we did not regret it!
Also the young man on the reception was extremely helpful.

The room is very good, the location is very good, the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom because it was small and I couldn't give my little dog a good bath, he came dirty from the beach, the breakfast was great

Lovely hotel right on the water front rooms are lovely and clean and staff was amazing will definitely be booking here again as I took my dog with me and even he loved it there so will be going again soon

Slightly grubby in a few places in the room, the outside of the kettle for instance. However, not a real concern.
Family room for five was nice though the lights on the outside of the hotel do bleed into the room quite a lot, if you're sensitive to light when you sleep.
Facilities at the hotel are excellent,with the games room being a real hit with the kids and the bingo also going down really well.
Staff were amazing. Very friendly and willing to help.
Overall I would certainly recommend staying at The Jubilee.

The sea view room had such a dirty window that you could barely see out. The shower was pathetic. The car park is chaotic at best. The room is dated and the sash window allows draft and noise in.

Arrived to our room which stunk of paint and within 20 minutes had a banging head ache! Spoke to reception and got moved to another room after threatening to leave and ask for refund! Original they told us they had no spare rooms but got moved eventually. Second room was much better

We loved the old building and the staff were lovely. There are a few issues with maintenance that could be easily sorted, but on the whole we loved it.

Came with a group and they were helpful and happy to accommodate us. Dinner for all first night, karaoke in the bar until 11pm was great fun. It’s right on the seafront and despite the on-street parking charges they could accommodate our cars in their car park for only £10 per day. Great hot full-English breakfast with cereal, yogurt & croissants etc. Pool / Games room off the bar kept the kids entertained. There’s also a hot tub/sauna spa for the girls. Staff really accommodating that did everything they could to give us a great weekend. Price of the rooms reflects the hotel, but better than expected. We had the MARVEL themed family room. Thanks for a marvellous time.
