We have just stayed at the Seaspray guest house. This lovely place has the best location we could have hoped for, with sea view, sound of the gentle wave on the beach, and very central. We will be back to visit the region further. Thank you for your kindness.

The sea view room was lovely . Host's were very welcoming. Lovely breakfast. Bed was very comfortable for a good night sleep. Would love to go back and would recommend the Seaspray. Room was lovely and very clean and the Seaview from our window was amazing.

Full marks for everything.The location was spot on the room was top notch. Tim and Susan were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much bother. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast, fruit, cereals and a good old fry up. I was there for 3 days of fishing with the beach outside the front door life was good.

What lovely and friendly hosts, the guest house is warm and inviting. We stayed in a small front bedroom, the views out to sea are second to none. Breakfast was as good as I have ever eaten. The location of Seaspray is superb, 10/15 min walk to the harbour, along a flat promenade. Highly recommended.

Our extremely comfortable and clean room was in a very well maintained terraced house that was directly on the sea front and within easy walking distance of the town centre and buzzing harbour area. There were also amazing views of Weymouth bay from the b&b. The hosts (Tim and Susan) were extremely welcoming and eager to please. It was our second time staying there and we would have no hesitation in returning there in the future!

The perfect home from home, 5 steps and you are on the sandy beach. We stayed in room 3 the room was very clean and the artwork is lovely. The bed was very comfortable, we both slept very well. Breakfast was served between 8.30 - 9am. A lovely sea facing room with some nice views to start your morning. Breakfast was a selection of cereal and cooked breakfast of your selected choices. unlimited tea and coffee and toast

Lovely 3 night stay at The Seaspray , stayed in the larger double Room (room 3) very clean and bed was comfortable, it does back onto a busy road and the secondary double glazed window blocks out the noise very well, however we couldn’t really leave it open in the hot weather but a fan was provided. Tim the host made us feel very welcome and the breakfast is very nice. No parking with the property so parked a 10 min walk away at the Premiere Inn which wasn’t a problem . We loved its location as the beach is right opposite and it’s a lovely stroll along the promenade into Weymouth town and harbour . We would definitely return

Fabulous and charming B&B. The hosts Tim and Sue were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Check in and out were both quick and easy. Breakfast was absolutely spot on with very good coffee. Great location overlooking the beach and a few minutes walk from the centre so quiet as well.
A real little gem of a place, definitely recommend and will be returning again.
