The ****** was very nice and clean inside. The parking area was littered with trash and just plain dirty. It was easy to get in and out of concert venue. The room was very nice. Staff was great at hotel desk. We checked in on waitlist for restaurant to eat. No one ever text us back. Had to eat snacks we brought. Not happy.

This was a very nice hotel. But what was even better is the staff for the hotel as well as the staff for the ****** including the dealers were impeccable. You can tell that they consider customer service at top priority and I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was fantastic but again like every other Hotel. My wife is disabled and the bed is always too high. No way to negotiate getting her in there

Hotel is very nice. Love staying there when they have live music or something at the Toyota amphitheater, which is so close.
