Manger was rude

We like to park our car outside our door, which we could at this Red Roof Inn. There are few motels that provide this convenience.

Great value for your money

The room was very clean. Bed was soft slept great. Staff was friendly. I will stay here again, my next time in Ohio.

There was blood on my sheets and only 2 towels for 2 people.

Stepping out of the shower then stepping back in my feet were black from dirt on the floor. The sheets and pillow cases were stained so not sure if they were dirty or actually stained. The toilet was duct taped holding stuff together on it. Mattresses suck but pillows good.

I would recommend extending the breakfast time until 10 on the weekends.

Ants and spiders crawling on floor and flying insects in room. Smashed several they were red. Had to use two remotes to use the TV (one to turn on/off and volume control, the other to select channels). Non-smoking room with people standing outside of room smoking!!! The wash cloths were filthy (looked like someone cleaned the floor with them). Bed was comfortable. Room appeared dated.

I stayed at the hotel on 9/23/21. There were no towels in the room, several flies, and water leaking in the toilet area. From 9 pm until past midnight, the person in the next room (RM 112) was periodically shouting and cursing outside his room, which was next to mine. I called the front office twice and each time they came to speak to him, it only made him louder. I attempted to get to sleep at 10 pm (with ear plugs) - to no avail since he was simply too loud. I needed to get up very early the next day. At midnight, I packed my things and went the front desk. They gave me another room. When I checked my credit card charges, they had actually charged my card for the replacement room - I was charged twice! They said they would refund the second charge. This hotel is nasty.
