It is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy.
Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel.
Great service in the restaurant.

Really good stay. Clean room with extras like iron and fan already inside which is a real bonus. Sky Sports on TV was great, good shower and good buffet breakfast. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cardiff. Location great as not in the city centre but near and accessible easily. Great for attending a gig or event.

We enjoyed our stay at the Village Hotel during the NYE. The room was big and spacious. Good location near the grocery.

I didn't expect 5 stsr luxury so there was nothing to be disappointed by! For what I needed it was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have proper smart TV but it was fine. Bathroom was clean and functional. Unfortunately I was woken up at 5am by someone playing TV at full volume but that the nature of the beast I guess. I didn't have food there as thought breakfast was priced expensively and the bar area was loud and busy. The room service QR code wasn't working, frustrating when advertised as having room servixe available! I just popped to Asda (5 mins walk) and got a room picnic instead! Then had Starbucks for breakfast. Will be spending quite a bit of time in Cardiff over next 3 years and would happily stay here again.
