Excellent stay at this lovely Country Farm House, just 15 minutes drive from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon. Elizabeth was a lovely host, greeting us on arrival and showing us to our triple room, which was clean and spacious for our party of three best friends. We had amazing views of the cows in the field opposite, it was lovely sitting at the window and looking out to that view, despite the wet weather. A comfortable nights sleep. Highly recommend this B&B for a short stay, very welcoming and a lovely breakfast put right outside our door, perfect. Elizabeth also recommended The Bell pub, 10 mins drive away which was excellent, lovely greeting and very nice food and setting.

Easy no contact check in. Lovely clean and comfy room plus delicious continental style breakfast which you eat in your room. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay away.

We were greeted by our host who was very friendly. It is a lovey old farmhouse and our room was a good size. There is a separate sitting room available for guests which is very good. The breakfast was also very good with a choice of both continental or full English. We would stay again if we are in the area and would recommend this b&b
