Opened the pullout bed to find VERY dirty sheets that have not been taken off. The shower was dirty as well as the floor.

The comfortable bed and bedding, simply outstanding.
Considering the multiple ways in which criminals are using to get into hotel rooms, I was very glad I brought my security door stick. Using it, I felt more confident in my safety.
The spaces on either side of the door and at the floor are exactly what criminals use for ease of access. I put a towel on the floor by the door to seal the space and I hung garments on the door hinges to block those spaces, too.
Please, make the effort to seal up any spaces to avoid any possible security issues for your guests.

Happy to stay here. Front desk was very helpful at check in. Beds were very comfortable. Halls had a very fresh scent. Breakfast was plentiful. Coffee was great
