I checked into a room the sink had no hit water I was told by the receptionist that they don’t have maintenance on the week end I had to wait until Monday I was due to check out the next day.

The rooms was very clean staff was very polite and very outgoing . They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. No issues at all . Rooms was a nice size with very polite staff no bugs no issues at all . I stayed here for over 3 months n never had a issue

I booked this hotel for the amenities listed; jetted tub and kitchen use. Upon arriving, the clerk informed me that there are no tubs (not just available but they do not have the tubs). With this information and watching teenagers play soccer in the main hallway.. I left the hotel and booked elsewhere. The clerk was very helpful in trying to help me find another hotel.

WoodSpring Suites is a really good at an affordable price. The front desk staff were wonderful! Polite, friendly and always ready to help. Location is also good - quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely come back next time I'll be in White Marsh.

I didn’t like that they had people smoking at the property, and we were told to leave. When we went outside to smoke & respected the property

My family and i have been having a hardship and i stubbled across this extended stay. The young lady Diamond at the front desk was remarkable she helped me find grocery stores to feed my family. She made sure she did her rounds to check on the guest. She spoke to us with respect and compassion she always had a smile on her face. Her warm welcome made me forget about my issues. Thank you so much ,
