A century-old store, you can personally feel the centuries-old vicissitudes of the building. The price is the cheapest nearby. If you want to experience the country style, you can try it. If you are used to staying in domestic luxury hotels, it is not recommended to come here. I saw the bearded man at the front desk saying enthusiastically to every guest who checked in: Oh, a very good discount price.

It’s wonderful to stay in an independent & historic location with real character. It’s so much more fun than staying in a cain motel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and informative of the surrounding area. They have great coffee service in the lobby including make your own individuals. The waffles served in the adjoining building are out of this world fantastic! We love this place and will definitely return.

Great location; staff were super friendly Rooms were perfectly adequate- no issues with bath, linens, or towels.and the whole historic vibe with lobby, wide halls, and stairs was special Unbeatable value, plus voucher at the Turkish restaurant The Tucker Box few doors down(must go there!) Great stay!

My husband and I stayed one night for a getaway. We were convinced we were transported back in time. This is a fantastic glimpse back into time when the town was built around the train station. Next time we would love to wander around a little more. We will definitely be back. We really enjoyed the room we got also.

Property is indeed historical. The lobby was lovely… room not so much. The staff was extremely pleasant, loved the coffee bar and the price of my stay was great.

Hotel Coolidge in downtown WRJ, VT has its own unique charm, being in the NRHP. The gracious and capable Host and Innkeeper Andrew C. was a pleasure to chat and share stories with. An authentic warmth, like the Hotel Coolidge.

I have reviewed the Coolidge before and am happy to say it is still just as wonderful. It is an old hotel where the staff is wonderful and gets to know the guests. This time I was there for a week and enjoyed every night I was there. I will stay there every time I am in that part of Vermont or New Hampshire.

Uniquely and thoughtfully preserved. An enjoyable revisit to the "salad days" of White River. We will return and have recommended the Coolidge to friends!
