Scottish Inns White Settlement

The room they gave us had no A/C. The lady's upfront said, "Just give it a little, and it will cool down. But the A/C never turned on, and also they told us that this rooms A/C has always been that way. They A/C unit just stayed on fans only, which wasn't much air flow. You couldn't turn on the cool air for the unit on. I don't understand if you know this room 101 A/C has always been this way. Why wouldn't you get it fixed. It was hotter in the room than outside. I couldn't sleep at all in this room because it was so hot and humid. When we asked to change, they said this was the only room they had left with two queen bed, but there was only about maybe 10 cars outside. when we checked in and this hotel had 4 floors. And when my wife went to go get new sheets, they were talking about use complaining.... what bad customer service. Also the door didn't shut all the way unless you used the dead bolt, all you had to do is push the door and it would open. *No A/C *Every pillow had hair. *Fan they gave us to help keep it cold in room was so dirty we didn't us it. *Sheets where itchy *sheets had holes *Toilet couldn't flush well *Towels had hair. *bugs in room. I would never recommend staying here. I have never written a review before, but this place was that bad, I had to. Please stay away from this hotel.....

The bed was soft, and the breakfast was good.

Dirty sheets smelled like smoke

It's clean and everything works properly

So uncomfortable. Smells so bad. They only give you shampoo. All their pillows are way too huge and stiff. Would not come again
