Very hard to sleep with doors opening and closing every 30 mins throughout the night. Stains on the chair. Place has a weird vibe. After checking in, I really wanted to cancel my reservation, but it was too late, and get a room at another hotel. I will not stay here again.

A complete disappoin**ent and staff rude and room and hotel was dirty and smells..just let's people come in and hangout from outside...walls scratched up ceiling falling apart and tv barley works..door knob on bathroomcame apart...not clean at all..do not stay here

It was a great value for the money. For Breakfast the only hot food was toast. We went out to a restaurant. Did not see anyone else having breakfast. Hotel was in need of maintenance. Location was great.

comfortable bed and pillows, clean, and quiet. if you’re looking to truly treat yourself you’re in the wrong place. if you’re looking for a clean quiet safe place to stay while you’re in town this is a decent place. referring to other comments — bed was great. pillows nice and soft. bathroom a little dated but clean and everything worked. room service only available once every three days so none for me which was ok for me; elevator slow but fine. didn’t have the breakfast. there are 7 poker machines in the very small lobby and it is a turnoff. i was there during IUP spring break so wasn’t too crowded which is good. seemed to be one staff member on duty at all times so there may be a wait if you need something if they are helping someone else. not sure if there are more staff during busier times of the year. was here in feb once and only saw one person that time too. staff i interacted with were really nice and helpful.
