The handle in the shower was not tight. It slipped during showers to extreme hot water. There were no usb ports for charging and the wifi wouldn't connect.

The bathroom ceiling had a lot of water damage, to the point we were a bit scared to take a shower…. For the price of the room, expect a better maintenance of the rooms….
Neighbors did a party and it was impossible to sleep…. No sound isolation in the room, it was like if they were in OUR room…. In the futur, will stay in Marriots instead. Always had better experiences there.

We stayed here for our recent Groundhog Day trip and absolutely loved this hotel! They were so welcoming to all their guests who were there for Groubdhog Day! We were given adorable groundhog cookies at check in and an info packet with helpful tips. They had coffee, granola bars and fruit available in the very early morning hours on February 2 for anyone heading out early. The location was great - easy to get to Punxsutawney from there and close to restaurants and other things to do. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
