Oh my god where do I even start?? First of all none of the staff were polite to me, I had to give them my email which they replied woth saying my email wasn't showing up, this whole process took about an hour and by the time I got to the room it smelt horrible, the windows had mold on them and the bed was unmade, the toilet was unflushed and had diarrhoea?? In it. When i finally got to sleep (it was difficult because of how uncomfortable the bed was) When I woke up in the morning I saw a RAT!! Come out from under the bed. I told the staff and they didn't believe me and told me to away, to make this all worse the food was absolutely terrible and undercooked. Just don't go here. It deserves 0 stars if possible.

Oh my God. I am suffering with ptsd after this trip. I went into my room and the bed was in pieces with a manual for me to build the bed myself, first of all why should I have to be responsible?? Anyways the next day after making the bed I found rats dancing in my room, I'm outraged

This is a quietly located Prmier Inn but with easy access to the A1. It is perfect for a stop-over near to Edinburgh. Rooms are spotlessly claen and have evrything you need for a short stay and staff are really welcoming and friendly. We would defnitely recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointed at the demise of this hotel. Dingy rooms but clean. Stayed on several occasions before but won't be back. Booked for 3 nights and left after2. It has become a workman's venue. On the third day bus full of unsupervised lads running riot through the corridors and bouncing a ball off cars in the car park. Such a shame. Upgrade essential. Breakfast was cold to top off the stay. Only had one. That area also needs upgrading. All in all I wouldn't recommend a stay here to anyone.

On arrival Amy on reception was fantastic. She was kind and welcoming to our children, really friendly and helpful. The excellent service continued throughout the stay. Room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend to families for a quality service at a great price. Well done Premier Inn

The hotel itself is nice BUT the management needs to sort out its housekeeping staff or lack of it…..the poor staff are given far too many rooms to do in such a short time. Far too much expected from them and terrible working conditions for terrible wages. Shocking from such a big company!!!!

We were met with officiant and professional staff, who accomadated our last minute changes on check in. A very peaceful 2 night there. Breakfast was pleasant and although the staff at the bar were understaffed they were so on the ball you barely noticed there were only 2 of them. Generally a peaceful experience and I will be returning
