Baymont by Wyndham Whitefish

I found that Ryan the night desk person was argumentative when I asked about fitness room. I stated that I saw a fitness room available and he got huffy and frustrated with me. I am a customer and I expect to be treated with respect. He seemed like a stressed out and should never be working in a customer service industry.

Shani was very friendly, helpful, and provided information about things to do and see! She made my stay very enjoyable. The man, I,didn't get his name, was also very courteous and helpful! The breakfast was good, too. It would have been great if the pool was working.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. But the pool and hot tub were closed which was disappointing., and the rooms were in desperate need of an upgrade like paint, color furnishings, a coffee maker in the room, etc. All those things are available at other local hotels for t abouthe same price. But the beds were comfortable, and the basics are all there.

The room was freezing when I got there. The sidewalk had over a foot of snow on it so I had to haul my things through snow and ice to get to my room. The heater was so loud I didn't get to bed til midnight. I will say the staff were helpful and brought me two blankets when asked, and the room was very clean, but after a long day with an early wakeup, not getting a good night's sleep was disappointing.

Stayed 2 nights during our Glacier NP visit. It was fine, nothing outstanding or disappointing. It was fine for a couple of nights.

Only downsides here are there is no functioning indoor pool, and there is no elevator. Everything else was very nice, and its location is very close to Glacier National Park.

Not a bad stay for the price of hotels in whitefish. If you’re super strict on room cleanliness, this may not be the place for you but it was a decent price for the off season and only a couple minutes drive from downtown. Overall, a good stay!

Very nice to be set back from the highway. Great staff, very friendly. Wish they had decaf coffee and herbal teas, healthy non dairy creamer (oat milk) instead of the chemical options. Nice view beyond the parking lot!

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was little tough to find, off the beaten path by a couple blocks but that also meant it was in a really quiet place. The rooms were great, staff was super nice and it had an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!
