Hampton Inn & Suites Whitefish, MT

Love this place. Easy access to and from airport. Shuttle is very convinient! Breakfast is awesome!

Enjoyed the value of this hotel. Great location! Good breakfast and solid gym. We used the shuttle service and Morgan was great, even got us a luggage cart so we could easily go right out to the platform.

The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Whitefish and the mountain. What makes the place outstanding is the staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Martie at the front desk is amazing and she makes the place five stars. She bakes cookies for the guests each night and is always willing to help with anything that she can. The cleaning staff and Mike who managed the breakfast one of the mornings we were there are also fantastic. Highly recommmed !

So pleased with every aspect of our stay at this Hampton Inn. Rooms are super clean, hearty breakfast, cookies in the afternoon...and the staff!! Everyone there was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome visit to the Hampton Inn Whitefish. The rooms were spotless and so quiet! The location was perfect—very close to downtown. The best part of our stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our teenage son accidentally left his retainer in the room, and before we even realized it, Martie called to let us know and offered to mail it to us. Thank you, Martie and the housekeeping staff! We’re so grateful for your thoughtfulness and wonderful service.

Very clean, helpful front desk (traveling with family so a grandchild, a dog, lots of details and all was awesome. Breakfast was good and GF options appreciated.

Everything was outstanding. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had offered at a hotel.

Overall, excellent room and hotel, EXCEPT a major problem with the TV. I was told they put in new TVs several weeks earlier and they are very nice (very large screen). However, the maximum volume is limited to “47”. According to their maintenance person (via the Front Desk), this limit is preset by Hilton and can NOT be changed. (There are no other volume settings visible on the TV, nor on the remote.). Unfortunately, when the heater fan is blowing and a “quiet” movie is on, this volume is simply not loud enough to hear the dialog. I’ve never had this problem at other Hiltons. (I’m a Diamond member and stay at a lot of Hilton hotels.) Because the TV is so important to a hotel experience, I will not longer stay at this hotel. Maybe some day I’ll return (as I’ve been at this hotel multiple times in the past), but not for a very long while.

From the start the hotel accommodated the 3 hours late arrival from the train. staff was excellent and provided help in the morning with a hot breakfast and a hotel shuttle ride to catch the Snow Bus to the ski hill. Upton our returning we were greeted with hot cookies and a clean room. and yes the hot tub was hot. staff was excellent and hotel was a remodel, but more like "new". thanks to all the staff at the Hampton Inn Whitefish....m
