The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front doors, however, can be handicap friendly. And, carpets in the pet friendly rooms can be steamed more often. I did enjoy my stay and I will re-book my stays there.

Very friendly staff. Good off street parking. Excellent location for food and shopping. Comfortable but dated room. Hotel needs an update overall.
