Nice, clean and quiet place, easy access, nice location, highly recommended

Well maintained, clean with great access to beach and local shops a few mins drive.

The accommodation was amazing. Quiet small but perfect for 2 people. The pool and hot tub area was just in front of our entrance. The beach was across the road. And the town was a mere 5-10mins drive away. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Very clean and comfortable, our villa was equipped with all the amenities, that we expected.

Great outlook and a lovely unit

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa 6. The Villa location was great as it had great views and lots of natural light and being on the end of the block of Villas it offered more privacy. Loved the layout of the Villa and it had everything you need. Beautiful sitting in the lounge and looking out to the water views. An easy drive to the shops and restaurants. Good walking paths along the waterfront.

This property has lots of potential, but needs some love and care. Positives: comfortable bed in master, good pillows and linens Easy parking (2 spots right at the door). Great shower (plenty of hot water and excellent t water pressure). Really nice quality fluffy towels! Could be improved: Smells musty. Couches were dirty and old. Plates in cabinet not clean. Cutlery grotty and drawer dirty. Cobwebs (around the fridge, on the windows). Oven dirty. Range hood greasy. This unit was advertised on Agoda showing ocean views and a front of property view of the ocean, but we were in unit 30 where the view is the back of other units. The photos of the listing can be deceptive. If this unit was clean and the listing was clear about it not having any views, I’d give it 4 stars based on what you get for the price.

Unsure if this place seen better days.Definitely stink smell soon as you walk in.Musty and don't mention the amount of spiders.So many cobwebs that we thought the place was in lockdown for 2yrs.Asked onsite management about cleaning and was informed it was few days ago but due to weather it was closed.Spiderman was clearly there.Added some pictures,just zoom in on corners and the heater at the bottom.We counted 12 spiders downstairs alone and that you can see without searching. We had to clean areas we use.The couches disgusting so put duvet cover over it as it had multiple stains.Coffee table got food and crumbs under the glass.washing machine hair in it.Zoom into knifes and you can see the filth on the knife block.That dust or sugar by coffee and tea area was how we found the place. No way would we use it. Beds cheap and not best. Dish brush had hair on it and sponges left was disgusting. Can't use a mop or broom as I'm not sure if they collected this off the street. Everything broken. Curtains also got mould on it. Shower fan got alot of dust on it. Tv only stuck on one channel. No instructions given unless you tell onsite management when you are free for them to show you how to operate it. You can't even adjust volume. So had to use the internet to watch on our phones. We were not able to get refund but in the past we always wanted to come and view as we were interest to purchase a place here but hell no. Glad I did my visit but I wouldn't select this place again or recommend it. Onsite management need to up their game as it seems the same issues have been in place for years now. There is clearly no standard here. If you are interested in a low budget accommodation and campgrounds are booked this would be the next step up but that's it. Also the website need to clearly show the state of place. Felt we were fooled into believing we got a good standard accommodation and walk into this. Even the mirrors got hand and finger prints all over. I even had to get a pan and knife by family closeby to use.

The unit was spacious, clean with many amenities including washing machine/drier and dish washer. The complex is very well kept with a feeling of newness.Our unit was No.38 overlooking the pool and grounds and we would recommend this unit to anyone. Lovely outdoor balcony with table and chairs. Most affordable.
