Baymont by Wyndham Wichita Falls

Everything was great. From check in to departure, and all in between. Every single staff member I encountered was very friendly, kind and congenial. The lady that does the breakfast is very good and knows what she's doing! Even the yard guy was nice!

Elevator needs help

It was okay. Staff was nice. Good communication. Pet friendly. It felt safe. Apparently the pool was closed so some kids were unhappy about it. We didn't plan to use it anyway but sad for those kids. Plenty of toiletries on the counter. The elevator was out for a while, but they got it fixed quickly. However, they don't put towels in the room for some reason, except for one hand towel. I saw that in another review and figured it was a fluke, but we didn't have towels and I saw other people going downstairs to get towels from the front desk. Also, I walked on the carpet with bare feet maybe two to three times across the room and my feet were black. Super gross. I washed my feet and wore my shoes the rest of the time. Finally, and I can't imagine why, but the toilet is so short. It's like being in a preschool. I had recent knee surgery and it was very difficult to use the tiny toilet. Breakfast was the basic hotel breakfast -- waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, bananas, etc. I wouldn't stay here again due to the dirty carpets, lack of towels, and tiny toilet.

The staff were friendly. Room was nice. Only negative was the room had no towels when I got to my room. When I returned after eating dinner, there were towels. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. I was glad I was able to stay there. I got the last room available. My other hotel canceled on me that day due to water leaks. Breakfast was good. I stayed 3 nights. It was easy to get to. Even though it was next to the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet. Parking was a challenge. Due to them painting the building. Not enough parking spaces. Thank you for a great stay.

For the price we paid I was pleased. Room was comfy and plenty of room. We stayed for a night while passing through. We got the two King room and it had more then enough room for our family. hallways seemed freshly painted. convenient and a decent hotel.

I was disappointed. Although the room was clean, I had to ask for towels, I ended up having to use one hand towel for two days. I only had one bath towel per day and had to ask for a second. I also had to park my car 100 yards away from the building. I could have gone to Motel 6 for half the price and not had to ask for anything and been able to park a lot closer to my room.

Our room was clean, and the breakfast area was well maintained. However, the staff did not make our bed or clean the bathroom after our first full day. Also, they seemed to have a shortage of washcloths and hand towels, as we often were given just one of each for two of us!

Found water bugs on wall, moved out bed found dead bugs and trash behind them, the chair I room had mold on cushions, carpets was stained. This used to be our go too hotel not sure anymore probably won't stay there again

The girl at the front desk was much more pleasant than the one the night before at the Hilton. The breakfast staff were cheerful & helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were great & room was quiet.
