There was a foul smell right outside the elevator on the 3rd floor throughout our stay. The morning we left, the carpets were being shampooed and that helped.

My husband and I are seniors with disabilities. I appreciated so much that this Best Western (Govener Suites in Wichita Kansas) gave us a choice of rooms. They even allowed us to look at the rooms. They understood that "Special Needs" can vary between individuals. We found it to be a very friendly, caring, and exceptionally clean facility. Even the Heat/AC vents were clean. Included was a great breakfast selection. The staff went out of their way to help meet our needs. We did not need a wheel in the shower but we did need something with an adjustable handheld shower and grab bars around us. We found the perfect room with the perfect bathroom for us thank you Best Western for treating us like family this was our 9th stay at this Best Western and it is the best one we have ever stayed at. We have family living in the area do we visit quite frequently and were spending New Year's visiting with them. We do like to stay in a Hotel when doing so because of our special shower needs.

Work staff very accommodating but the hotel needs updates. The area of the hotel was concerning. We would not return.
