We checked in, left for 3 hours. Come back and our door to the room was open. I had my personal belongings in there. The towels were dirty. The lobby smelled so bad. So so expensive. And my husband and I were very disappointed. Charles is a great chofer and needs a raise!

We got to the people seemed very judge mental, that a young couple was booking a room, we got up to the room and it smelled awful so we complained and had to fight them for a new room, and then now they’ve double charged my card. I wouldn’t recommend and they won’t fix it either.

We arrived at the property on the afternoon of 4/11 and were greeted promptly and pleasantly at the front desk by a young lady whose name escapes me at the moment. Then we met TREVAN - one of THE BEST front desk agents ever! At the last minute, my travel companion and I requested rooms on the same floor - no problem. No matter the request, Trevan provided stellar service for our entire stay! We were there for a wine tasting and wine dinner. The wine was delivered to my companion's room prior to our arrival - and even when she switched rooms, her luggage and wine were moved with only one minor issue (her bubbles were not placed in the refrigerator). On our way to the tasting/dinner, Trevan let us know car service was available and was in constant contact with us throughout the evening coordinating pick-up and drop-off as we traveled to two locations. It was such a wonderful experience! Our driver, Charles, was the sweetest and took great care of us. Our suites were quite lovely, but both could not have been more different from one another. Both were spacious and clean - the decor modern and very comfortable. If the management at The Ambassador is reading this review, please know that you have a jewel of an employee and his name is Trevan. I will be back in May on business and look forward to another pleasant experience. Cheers!

Great stay for three-day business trip. The days were full and long. Having the Siena Restaurant on the first floor was convenient and really good. Will definitely stay here again.

No hot water. Tried at night and again in the morning but were unable to get even warm water in the shower. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
