Excellent place to stay! The Hotel is beautiful and we will definitely stay there again! Our Suite was lovely, spacious, clean and very very comfortable. The stuff was super helpful and accommodating. Thanks for the wonderful time! The only thing which could be better is the service during breakfast. The food was delicious but the service was quite bad. It took quite long to order or to pay. So you need time if you want to have breakfast in the hotel.

This was my first time in Wichita. The staff and service here is excellent. I travel often and the level of customer service I received is top tier. The area is walkable. The Dockum is such a great bar!

The only thing I didn't care for was the elevators took a long time to get to you. That's it! Hospitality was wonderful. Location was centralized to Downtown, so easy walks to any dining or entertainment. Room service was immaculate. Will return again.

The gentleman who was on the desk at 4pm on 2/23 and when we checked out 2/24 about 815am, same gentleman, was extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone we encountered expressed their Thanks that we were there and offered us either assistance or advice on things to do.
