It was good, it was very quiet so that was great but it wasn’t as nice as I expected. The bathroom left a little to be desired and things like missing tiles in the elevator didn’t look the best!

Old and in terrible condition. The ceilings were leaking, furnishings were old and worn, rooms/walls were dirty, toiletries were visibly used but left for other guests and it didn't look or feel safe. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Terrible location downtown. Felt very unsafe there. I was also worried about my car in the parking lot. I ended up leaving to stay somewhere else. Didn't get my money back.

Overall the hotel was okay. The area near the back/side of the hotel is very sketchy. Definitely not what I was expecting based on reviews and looking at the property on Google. Staff was nice and hotel was mostly clean.
Our shower didn’t work properly either, which was unfortunate.

I booked a king room for my fiancé and I and they gave us a double standard room and told me it was an “upgrade”. The tiny beds were not an upgrade for either of us. I asked them if they would be charging me more or less for the inconvenience due to the fact a double room is more expensive than a king. They told me they would work something out and proceeded to charge me for the double room, more than the original amount for the king room.
