Our room was extremely dirty. The walls were nasty carpet was stained and tile was sticky. The shower was broken and the shower curtain was dirty and moldy. We ended up not staying at the property. We went back downstairs and asked for a refund and went to another hotel.

I stayed here several weeks while on business in the area. The good: front desk staff was amazing. When we left, they remembered us and were sad to see us checking out. The laundry room is free. There are socials on select weekdays with free food and wine/beer. The bad: it's standard for extended stay hotels, but receiving clean towels once a week is a pain. The front desk folks were great at getting me fresh towels. Another caveat to extended stays is incredibly thin walls. I could plainly hear conversations and loud music at midnight isn't a welcomed thing. The final straw for me was something in my room fouled up my sinuses. I spent three weeks there, and after a week, I began sneezing profusely and my mucus turned yellow with blood. When I'd leave the hotel each day, I had no problems with my nose/sneezing. Soon as I returned....started all over. When I checked out, my sinuses cleared up within 3 days of going home. I never noticed mold/mildew, but something in my room did not agree with my respiratory system. Things appeared clean from as far as I could tell, but I do question the cleanliness of what I couldn't see. If business takes me back to Wichita, I will definitely choose another hotel.

Lots of nearby restaurants and only a short drive off of turnpike/k-96.
Facility was quiet and the beds comfortable.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. It was close to nice restaurants and stores. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and responsive. Great place for families.

Been staying at here for years. Had a terrible experience on 8-24,25,2023. We arrived around 1pm and politely ask if we could check in early as we had meetings at 330 and needed to change clothes in the room. Desk clerk said nope, you didn’t request that when you booked. She said it will probably at least 3pm (normal checkin) she never offered to check with the maids or asked them to clean our rooms first. She never offered any other rooms that were previously cleaned. There was very few people in the hotel, so we know there were other rooms available. After waiting two hours in the lobby I asked her to check on our rooms, they were both cleaned, she was either too lazy to check on them, or just didn’t care. Next morning at check out, she saw us, walked out of the office to Move her car she said, so we waited again just to get a receipt. We then asked if we could get some ice (it’s in the kitchen area of the hotel foyer and the desk clerk in the past has always got us ice as there are no ice machines. Her response was “nope” no one’s back there right now. Worst customer service at a Staybridge I have ever received. After many years of staying here,I will not be back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of the best stays I have had in the Wichita area for a family of 6.
The breakfast was hot, the variety was amazing, & the staff kept the areas clean and full.
Now the rooms...beds were soft, pillows nice, kitchen, easy to navigate. But the couch...it was hard as a rock, the chair was very worn (hardly any cushion left) and the fabric was torn up.
Otherwise, it was a great stay and I would recommend this to anyone.
