Perhaps one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered. When I was initially given the key card to our room, I was told to make sure that I returned the card in the morning as it was the only card they had for that room—never seen a magnetic key card with a room number on it. It turned out the key card didn't work, so the front desk person had to open the door each time we went in or out with a master key. I should say the room was clean but in need of upkeep (e.g. torn carpet). I won't even talk about the breakfast as I was put off by mould on the muffins. Needless to say, we won't be back.
