Room was too hot and had no A/C. The walls are quite thin, which is not a great quality in a hotel that allows dogs. Food was reasonable, at best.

Love this hotel. Stayed here 4 times the last few months and another stay upcoming. Staff are so lovely and the food is delicious.best Steak pie is the best I have ever tasted.Both public areas and our room were spotless.Already looking forward to our next stay.!!

A little tired and dated in areas however lovely staff and amazing food more than compensates for this . I had fish and chips in n the evening and it was lovely and such a big portion too. Breakfast the next day was ok too , it was more buffet style help yourself kind of way with plenty of choice.

Reasonable price. Friendly service. Lovely lounge room for after dinner drinks. Decent food. Only negative would be the rather bright and open dining room which can be a loud and missing the cosy nature of other parts of the hotel, Would recommend.

We stay at the Norseman a few times throughout the year and have always enjoyed every visit. Our room is spotless clean and the food is delicious and the location is ideally placed for a nice walk along the riverside.The staff are always very welcoming and friendly and efficient. Already booked for our upcoming next visit.!!

Rooms are old style with carpets however all clean. What stands out in this place is the restaurant… excellent, tasty, friendly restaurant staff.
