Beautiful room with doors onto garden. Breakfast the best during our road trip around Ireland. Fiona the host was friendly and welcoming. Offering a lift into the town and a taxi back was only 8 euros. Would highly recommend Also very reasonable priced

La casa si trova in una zona periferica e tranquilla, la stanza era pulita e curata nei dettagli. L'unica pecca è il bagno, un po' piccolo. L'eccellenza è la colazione: porridge con baileys, toast con burro e marmellata con whishy, omelette con formaggio (negli altri soggiorni in giro per l'Irlanda non abbiamo trovato colazioni paragonabili). All'interno della casa sono rispettate le norme anti-Covid. Fiona è gentile e accogliente, sembra di essere proprio a casa.

Es war unser letztes B'n'B auf unserer Reise. Die Besitzerin ist zurückhaltend, eher kurz angebunden aber bei Fragen jederzeit freundlich! Sie machte uns an einem Abend sogar extra Kaffee inkl. Biskuits, weil wir die Maschine im Schrank noch nicht entdeckt hatten und für Kaffee fragten. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Etwas schade dass bei der Dusche nur wenig Wasser kommt und die Matraze war etwas durchlegen, daher unbequem. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum, die Besitzerin macht das vorzüglich. Unbedingt die Scrambled Eggs mit Smoked Salmon probieren! Aber auch das Porridge war fein.

This little B&B in Wicklow was a pleasant reprieve from the pouring rain and the overwhelming fatigue of jet lag. Fortunately we were tired enough to sleep in the very small bed and room. The owner was very nice and the breakfast was good but the entire place needs a little TLC. There was an odd mix of stuff in the closet and we had no where to put our suitcases.

Ha sido una estancia espectacular, un trato divino, unas habitaciones preciosas, su salón al mínimo detalle y un trato excepcional, si tenéis que ir a irlanda este es el sitio para qued**** a descansar. Hemos estado mejor que en casa. A destacar todos los detalles que han tenido con nosotros en la casa. Ha superado nuestras expectativas ampliamente. Espero volver a ir.

I stayed for 2 nights The room and bathroom were pretty and pristine and very tastefully decorated Fiona provided an excellent breakfast and provided me with an extra quilt as the weather turned very cold There is also a hot water bottle provided! Add to that some lovely complimentary cookies .Great stay

I love Glen na Smole. The location was perfect. It’s close to town and Wicklow cliff walk which was in my list to do. Super clean in the house, the neighborhood and town. I felt safe walking alone at night. Irish people are just lovely

This property was perfect for what I needed. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and located in the beautiful countryside, yet easy enough for me to return to Dublin the next morning for my flight out. The hostess was most welcoming, with fresh flowers, helpful information about the area, and the offer to even put some breakfast out early since I'd be leaving too soon. I really appreciated the warm hospitality, and the opportunity to spend my last night in Ireland away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still so convenient. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay in Wicklow. Convenient location, a short drive into town. The room and bathroom was clean, modern, comfortable, and bright. Our room had a large bath and separate shower. The bed was comfortable and big. TV had lots of channels and YouTube. Lots of attention paid to the details here for maximum comfort. The breakfast was good. I didn't catch the b&b owner's name but she said she has been doing this for over 40 years and it shows. We would definitely stay here again!
