Really lovely reception area, staff were great during book in, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious and warm. Just what we wanted for our one night stay. Didn't visit the bar or restaurant as was with my 12 year old Son but the menu looked excellent and the bar area looked pleasant. Plenty of nice flat car parking spaces. Would definitely visit again!

Every coil on the mattress can be felt and the carpet in the rooms hasn’t been replaced or cleaned in years. Most of the staff where friendly but there where a few of the male staff that where quite rude / intimidating. There is nothing to do that is within walking distance.

Upon arrival our room was messy and hadn’t been serviced, but the staff quickly dealt with this and provided us another room to stay in. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t the best, but the rooms were nice and comfortable!

Close to airport 20 mins drive . Quick and easy check in . Plenty of parking . Beds comfortable. Dining room overbooked poor Andy ran off his feet. When food came it was delicious. Lovely relaxing dining room and bar area . Morning call 15 mins late . All staff were really nice.

Had a lovely all inclusive stay celebrating my brothers birthday with family considering they was really understaffed the service and food and drinks was still great a big shout out to Andy who couldn’t do enough for us would definitely stay again

Didn’t know what to expect when booked the all inclusive offer. Really fabulous service , piping hot delicious food and a great selection of drinks available. Bar area lovely and warm with a very friendly and homely feel. Bar / front of house man (sorry didn’t catch his name ) was exceptional. We’ll be back.

The hotel offers an all inclusive deal and I expected that corners would be cut in things like Breakfast and Dinner.... but I was wrong! The evening meal was excellent , it all appeared to be freshly prepared and good quality.It was well cooked and the service was first class. Similarly the breakfast was plentiful, well cooked and good quality. The outstanding thing for me was the staff; friendly, helpful and professional We treated ourselves to a suite and it was huge, his n hers bathrooms plenty of extras including a range of snacks. We'll be back!!

Easy to book online, all inclusive with dinner, breakfast and certain drinks. A warm welcome awaited us. Large room with Queen Size bed, walk-in shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Any requests were quickly met. The included dinner contained four choices for each course or you pick from the A La Carte menu at a reduced cost. The food was delicious, breakfast too. Large car park, upstairs room have a Juliet balcony. Easy access from the motorway network. Handy location for visiting Liverpool, Chester and North Wales. Well placed for John Lennon Airport too.
