They was very good when I ask for extra milk as I found you need 2 in a cup and they left me a lot plus the room was tidy and the staff seemed very pleasant

Widnes Travelodge is an excellent place to stay overnight or longer as it is very clean, offers all the facilities needed while travelling, it is located close to Toby Carvery and a shopping centre, but above all - it is a place where you can feel safe and welcome thanks to wonderful, professional service offered by wonderful, helpful, very kind and friendly people like Connor!

The kettle in the room was dirty. It had muck inside and 2 leaves. The bedroom window was covered in bird muck.

I booked in here as I was travelling to visit somebody the next day and as I was coming down from Scotland I wanted a sleep and a shower and it was very comfortable and quite with the reception team very friendly

Stayed for 5 wks in total, working away. Close to all amenities you need, only a fiver minute walk and your in the high street. I enjoy staying here, no noise at night time. Family room is a good size, got used to the same room lol. Good shower, TV good choice of channels. Staff here are a good bunch. All so helpful, but Jane and Jan were spot on. Remembered us from last time here. I have a little natter with them after work so gonna miss them. But this Travelodge is a lovely place and alot better than most we stay at so deserves a little recognition for this.

After a few very long days I turned up feeling drained in the rain bags in hand, the team member Jane rushed out to not only open the door but insisted on helping me carry my many bags then checked me in. Absolutely nothing was to much trouble for her, my mood shifted from “what a horrendous day” to “there’s some lovely people in this world” I don’t usually write reviews but it’d be criminal of me not to acknowledge the warm welcome and help I received on my arrival Well done Jane and thank you

On arriving at this travelodge was greeted with a lovely smile from jan and asked about my travel journey. Then asked if I wanted a glass of champagne!I thought it was a joke at first, but no,nice surprise. Was very happy this travelodge still had baths, as people of a certain age get a bit wobbly in the shower. I normally have trouble sleeping on the first night, but the bed and pillows were so comfortable. A big thank you also to jan on reception, you were a star and so helpful.

We were flying from Liverpool airport at 6am so decided to stay in the Widnes Travelodge as it was only 7 mile away at a cost of £28.99 .A bargain.The travelodge was much better than your average Travelodge and the staff went out of there way to make sure you had a happy stay.Will be back in the future.

What a wonderful welcome we had by Jane at the travelodge. Stayed there while working at Aintree, Was so lovely to be welcomed by Jane, who was so friendly and helpful. Fabulous customer service, and nothing was too much trouble for her, just what we needed after a long drive. The hotel is clean , and the pillows were lovely and soft. A great place to stay. Thank you.
