Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Viele Pisten zum rodeln und Ski fahren.
Das Zimmer für 3 Personen leider zu klein. Zuviel mit Möbeln zugestellt. So das man den Esstisch nicht wirklich ausnutzen konnte.

Lot of construction on the way up the hill to the hotel. GPS got confused gping on the goat path, the only way we could get there.
We new it would be somewhat isolated so we brought a few food items because the kitchen was advertised. Olny one pot. No frying pan. Very poorly equipped compaired to the advertisement and what we expected.
A breakfas was offeted for a ridiculous price. We had hope to make our own.
We got stuck on the ground floor with no view. The purpose of going to the countryside was to enjoy the view. Hopefully sun set with some happy hour snacks. Possibly sun rise over the mountains.
Found out later that you had to book time to use the spa area.
The bedding and towels very clean.
The buildings weary. The decking and wood stuff looked very fragile.
We are seasoned travelers and realistic.

We waren er de oudste gasten met 70 jaar. Alle andere gasten 30-40 jaar met babies en kleuters. Alles heel gemoedelijk. Booking was goedkoper met laatste moment booking dan bij hotel zelf boeken. Halfpension was goed 15€ voor riant ontbijt met vers brood , ter plekke kon je BIO eieren koken, jam uit eigen huis, prima muesli etc, 4 gangen eenvoudig maar meer dan genoeg, smakelijk, veredelde boerse Zwitserse maaltijd (35€). Wijn per glas 5€ 100 cc . Wat niet goed was , zijn de matrassen, na klacht van ons kregen we betere. Onze boodschap investeer minimaal in nieuwe matrassen, liefst goede boxspring. Het aantal stopkontakten is te beperkt, doe er wat aan , de vloerbedekking kamer 134 was versleten. Kortom voor Zwitserse begrippen niet duur, maar wat achterstallig onderhoud. Investeer want jullie product is de moeite waard.

L'hôtel familial idéal! Chambres-appartement équipés: lit et chaise pour bébé mis à dispositions, table à langer (il y avait même un chauffe-biberon!), petite cuisine. Salles de jeux pour les enfants, pataugeoire, en été des activités sont organisées la journée par l'hôtel pour les familles et les enfants. Les serveuses du restaurants sont d'une grande gentillesse et j'admire leur souplesse pour zigzaguer entre les petits loupiots qui filent joyeusement à quatre pattes dans la salle. Il n'y a pas à dire que votre petit baby crie, pleure, court dans la salle ou tente de tester la gravité des objets ou carrément de son assiette vous ne vous sentez (presque) pas mal à l'aise car vous sentez que l'enfant a sa place ici, à l'hôtel Muchetta. Le couple d'hôte est également d'une grande gentillesse et nous a donné de supers conseils de visites adaptés à nos besoins. En plus de tout cela il y a un petit bar et un wellness, ce qui permet aux parents de profiter en douceur pendant que les enfants font dodo. Bref un étoile 3 étoiles oui mais lorsque l'enfant peut s'y épanouir cela vaut son pesant d'étoiles.

The Bärtschi family was very friendly and you can tell from their personal, loving manner that you are welcome as a guest. The children felt very comfortable. The room was clean and practical. The food was excellent for everyone. The children's buffet appears minimalist at first glance, but nothing was missing! The kids don't need a huge selection. There was a special menu for the adults. You could choose between 2 things.

Very convenient structure, with plenty of parking and well-structured rooms. Very friendly restaurant service. We were delighted with all the staff, especially with Silvia, who served us with great professionalism and humanity, a splendid girl who made our group of people's NEW YEAR even more special 🙂
