Super nettes Personal und tolles Frühstücksbüffet. Zimmer etwas klein mit praktisch keiner Abstellfläche, aber für eine Nacht OK.
Lage ist super, nur 5 Min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof.

My husband and I were traveling to Europe and a couple days before we were to fly to Switzerland, we were stranded in the Edinburgh airport because his passport expires in less than a month- European countries require passports to be good for 3 months before and after entering the country (and we were obviously not aware). The airlines would NOT allow us on the flight. I immediately called to seek assistance with this and hopefully receive our money back. This awful hotel would not refund our money when we needed it to get a new hotel AS WE WERE STRANDED in a country that was not our own. They are not compassionate and will not help you if you have a circumstance out of your control that will need you to cancel. The front desk lady told me point blank verbatim ‘We will not help you.’ Would give negative stars if I could.

This is a small motel on a tight hidden street. We had a horrible experience with the front desk personnel who was highly unprofessional and threatening to make us no show and call the cops as we were getting late to check in. She accelerated the situation to entirely different level which left us with horrible traumatic experience especially traveling with kids in a foreign country. She was highly unprofessional with very poor behavior. There is no overnight person at night at front desk so be mindful about your check in time. We reached out to ******* to change the hotel but they couldn’t get any response from the hotel even until now. Customer service is very poor and front desk people feel entitled to treat customers poorly. We called ******* multiple times to report this incident about safety issues at this hotel without paying any heed about this sensitive situation. I have requested again to the ******* supervisor to file incident report so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. No one deserves such poor behavior.
