Blue Palms Resort

So during Black Friday Moreys piers Aka blue palms ran a winter sale which I purchased because it was a fabulous deal. I also stayed at blue palms last year- it’s funclusive meaning they give you  unlimited dry rides and water park rides on all piers for the duration of your stay from check in until I believe 4 or 5 pm the day of check out. You CANNOT book blue Palms resort as an Hotel ONLY through their website. It is advertised as funclusive per their website. During the Black Friday sale I booked through this winter sale for two nights and instead of 720 it was like $401. It was a great deal. It said there were date exclusions but the dates we were going are not included on exclusion list. There were no other details or stipulations or exclusions listed. And because I couldn’t get someone on the phone when I called or an answer via email I went ahead and booked but I also took videos and pictures of me trying to find any other stipulations. I have now been contacted three times by Moneys pier / blue palms saying it was a mistake and they did not catch it because they were on Thanksgiving holidays. They also accused me of misunderstanding it included rides and slides. I replied to this manager and told her it is not my fault that Moreys incorrectly labeled the sale. The entire hotel is funclusive and when you go to their site there is no option to book a hotel only. It only allows you to book funclusive. So why would the hotel advertise a special that did not include what they typically include and did not specify stipulations or exclusions for said deal. It is not my fault the promo & pricing that was advertised was incorrect and lacking details or exclusions. I expect what I booked the two nights at the blue Palms which is advertised solely as funclusive on their site . You literally can’t book a HOTEL ROOM ONLY via their website the entire place is funclusive through their site.

Staff was rude

The location of the property was excellent. The boardwalk, waterpark, and beach access is at the hotel. The staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay and recommend.

Our stay was amazing from location (everything was in a short walking distance), to amenities. Staff was very friendly and ready to assist. The property is very well kept, everything is updated, except the for bathroom. But was still well maintained. Definitely will come back here when vacationing at Wildwood.

It's a very well kept property we booked for 1 day and looking at the convenience and how clean it was, extended for another day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sherry at front desk helped us understand benefits of booking direct including admission to the Mory's Pier waterpark which we did by adding another day just to witness how great she was in advising us. Cindy was another associate we interacted and looked for assistance in storing our perishables shopped on the boardwalk to requesting extension on the room, charging my cell phone, etc. She was so helpful and supporting of everything we felt very welcomed and at home. We will definitely recommend and cant wait to be there back soon.

We decided to go to Wildwood for one night for our anniversary. Always wanted to stay at a Morey’s property. Stopped at Blue Palms and they had a decent room. Fairly clean but we did have to have someone come in to vacuum since there were still crumbs, etc. on the floor. When we got into the room it was FREEZING with the AC cranked on high in both rooms. We immediately turned it off because it was 64 degrees outside. So bizarre- There are no temperature controls on the AC units. It’s on or off, high medium or low, and no heat. We went to the boardwalk and got some food, and when we came back the room had not warmed up whatsoever. We had to keep our jackets on inside. It was now 61 degrees outside and our room was colder than it was outside. We propped open the door and back window in hopes to bring some “warm” 61 degree air in, which did not work. We went to the office and told them how cold our room was and asked if they had space heaters. They told us they did not and gave us extra blankets. We then went to ShopRite to buy a space heater but it was $80 so decided against it. We closed the bedroom door and heated the room with candles we bought and the TOASTER from the kitchenette, yup the toaster. Showering was rough, it was so cold. We froze all night, I slept in a sweater. When we got up in the morning from an almost sleepless night the bedroom was slightly warmer than the couch room thanks to burning candles all night and hitting the toaster as much as possible but we could see our breath in the room with the couch. It was awful. We likened it to when you have no heat in your house in the winter and it’s uncomfortably cold. We couldn’t sit in the living room area and watch TV comfortably. When we went to checkout we explained this to the girl at the desk. She was nice enough but said “We have space heaters, you should’ve asked for one”. When we told her we did, she said she would let the manager know the night person didn’t know about them. This was NOT helpful. I’m contemplating what to do now as we paid $160 for this god awful night. Completely ruined our celebration getaway.

I absolutely loved the location and the room was clean and comfortable for the 1 night we stayed there. Perfect location to see the country music festival and if I had children it would be great with the water slides and rides right there. The restaurant around the block think it was called kegs was excellent

Very close to boardwalk and beach some restaurants walking distance and very clean with comfortable beds. The AC stays on, looks like you can't control the thermostat from your room, but I think if you let staff know they will do it for you. It didn't bother us so we were fine.

We loved them property!! Very Clean and Comfortable!!
