We ended up checking out early because we pulled back the covers and found bed bugs. we went down to the front desk to let them know and they told us we’d hear from the manager the next day. We’ve been calling for two days now and haven’t received any word from the manager. Really disappointed considering I’ve stayed her many times in the past. Between the bed bugs and lack of communication from the staff, never staying again. Unless you wanna sleep with the bed bugs too I’d go elsewhere. I have videos of two more crawling in the bed that it won’t let me upload if anyone needs more proof as well as the bite marks on my cousins leg.

It was a dirty bathroom, I seen online they had tvs! In the rooms, NOT!!! I got there and the man at the desk told me the room had no tv!!! Asked after all that way I had to came there. If it was ok with me no tv, or do I want my money back and book elsewhere! WTH! Seriously I rode hr.s away and what if I couldn't book anywhere else??? For same price!!!! So I stayed and didn't get no sleep after all!!! Because of people across from my room! And Also man at desk ask me to only book through the motel, because others take a percentage of what the motel gets! Who would ask them to do that??? Than why do you except bookings from companies!!!! Would never, ever again! Nasty dirty place!!!!

Dirty dirty dirty!No tv working or microwave. I was there for vacation but had to cut it short due to a blackout!Employees could care less about the guests, sitting on their phones doing nothing!Employees didn’t even care and no refund which is bs!Will never stay here again!

The reviews definitely scared us but it was fine for a one night stay. The tv was fuzzy but got the channels we needed the faucet of the tub was left on and wouldn’t turn off which made rust marks. Overall 3 star perfect stay for one night. People need to relax and stop acting like they stay in the room all the time at the beach.

We booked a room there and when we arrived they told us that we have booked for a different month and day. Even though we had the booking recorded they said that there was nothing that they can do. So they sent us to their 'sister hotel' which wanted to charge us double and Binns refused to make it right. Ultimately, their 'sister hotel' refused us the room and thank goodness because their reviews is just as bad.

I can't believe that this dump of a motel is still open, Wildwood should have this motel close ASAP. first of all the pictures on the website does not look anything like the actual room, it's a scam that they do to bring people in, I book the dump motel because there was a 2 day Spanish festival at the beach, and they up charge the rooms I pay $612 for two nights. When I got there the key they gave me for the room wouldn't open the door, they had to use another key to open the door, when they finally open the door, it almost fell of the hinges, and to opne and close the door I had to kick it hard because it was not level. The bathroom was disgusting as well as the beds, the headboards were screwed to the wall with drywall screws, the TV didn't work at all and the lobby smelled like wet dog. I advise anyone to not book this dump motel.

Where oh where do I begin? First off, the pictures on the website rooms look nothing like they way they actually are! . We had a 2nd floor room ( no elevator), while climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor with all our luggage, the railing to the stairs was extremely filthy, I could not even touch it. As when turned the corner on the to find our room, the stench of ********* hit our faces like a ton of bricks. The hall carpeting was so filthy, and need vacuumed. Ok. on to the room. The room was very small and the bathroom was the size of a food pantry, the shower was the size of a broom closet(even smaller), I had to turn sideways to get in. the shower did not have any shelves to put your soap or shampoo so , it you drooped either, you would hit your head picking it up. The bathroom actually had snot on the wall!!! The walls were filthy, the bedspread stank, the neon size outside out room shined in our room all night, we did not get hand towels, the lamp above the bed was broken, the tv picture was fuzzy at best. After just one night we decided to not stay our intended 2nd night. When we told the two gentlemen at the front desk, they said they could give us an upgrade....UPGRADE??? to what? a filthier room!! We were denied a refund. Not giving us a refund allowed them to book this room for that night for double the cost! ( Maybe that is their scheme) It is unethical that we did not get a refund, bad business!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! bad experience all around!

My daughter and I did an overnight and the bathroom was so dirty, I didn't want to go in it. My daughter and her boyfriend booked for another night a month later in July 2021 and when she got there they said she couldn't stay because she was only 18. They never refunded the $300 they took from here. They are a racket and need to be shut down.

I booked this room for myself, my daughter and my four teenage grandchildren. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews, I went by the pictures of the rooms on the Internet. The so-called sweet that they booked for me was a disgrace! The room was depressing, there were holes in the curtains along with dirt, broken slats on one of the rooms doors. My grandchildren‘s socks were black from the dirty floors. The handle on the bathroom to turn the shower off and on was broken. They were told but never fixed it. The dirt around the toilet would make you sick. The bathroom door knob was loose. There was no rack to hang the towels. We had to put the microwave on a trashcan because it was on top of the refrigerator with nowhere to plug it in. I can go on and on. When I went to check out I told the manager that I would like a partial refund because I did not receive a Suite, he said the owner does not give refunds. I told him I was going to do a bad review and he said “that’s ok, we see the reviews. Seems like they do not care, they just want the money. I paid good money for a really bad room. Please do not stay here.
