Ran out of hot water in ensuite trying to keep warm from walking on cold tiled floors with the Air-con set on cold, would not heat up or turn off. The wind up handle was missing to shut window from the bitter 8 degree temperatures overnight. No warm or spare blanket on the old sqeeky bed. No appliances or utensils and no coffee/tea/cups provided, oddly just an electric jug? I felt ripped off and depressed during my stay.

Horrid place to stay. Filthy shared shower. No cold water tap to brush teeth. Room felt like a jail cell. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone

Room was clean but you could tell the room had signs of ware and tear.
However worse thing was not fridge in room or access to drinking water except the bathroom sink and no cups for water

the room and bed was nice comfortable and clean, sadly there was no kitchenette for the rooms on our floor or any at all, no ironing board or ion available. no fact sheet telling patrons about what food was available in the local area. the hotel restaurant was closed for holidays

The staff were lovely….however, there was a kettle, but no tea, coffee, cups, glasses, microwave etc. The most basic items when you’re paying $120/night. I stayed at the Travelodge 2 nights later for the same price & there was all that, plus a fridge.

Worst Experience never book again. Very bad room with dirty carpet and window blinders was broken sun rays come straight to the bed. They charged me $121 was that room !!! Total loss of money I prefer to stay in some other hotel or booked by Airbnb
