Shower faucet comes off, need a shoe horn to park and not enough spaces, only 1 elevator working and barely get luggage cart into it without having to lift it.
Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel in the middle of town. If you are attending anything at the F.M. Kirby Center this is a fantastic hotel to stay at since it's right across the street. I was extremely pleased with the hospitality and friendliness by ALL the staff.

Perfect location if you are visiting downtown or attending events at the Kirby Center. Check-in was fast, easy, and professional, and we felt safe at all times. It is an older hotel, however, and we had trouble with the tv, the room heater was extremely noisy, and there were some broken things: tp dispenser in bathroom, bathroom overhead heat lamp, some of the gym equipment, one of the elevators, push bar on hotel side exit door, etc. Breakfast had many options but quality was lacking. In spite of this we would stay there again because the location and staff were great.

Efficient, super friendly and helpful staff. Great location for our needs. The parking was free. The room was very comfortable, excellent bed, water pressure, hot water. Mini frig and microwave in room. Yes, the hotel is older, but it was very clean. I'm picky, but I've got to say that there wasn't anything to pick about. Ok, the shower towels could have been bigger, but there were plenty in our room. It was quiet which was nicely odd because it was NYE and there was a big party downstairs. If you have the need to stay downtown, this is the place! We really enjoyed our stay.

From start to finish the stay was amazing. We were met with warmth and friendliness when checking in. We were given suggestions for places to eat or visit during our stay. The check in process was quick and easy and parking was great. The breakfast was one of the best I've had and the workers were helpful and very friendly. Overall, I would definitely visit again!
