We arrived amidst a stressful situation, but Jacob was informative and helpful - we really appreciated his assistance throughout our stay. Thank you, Jacob! Other than that, the hotel was basic and comfortable

Used this as an overnight stop before travelling to France. Doors banging all night, and you could hear people walking about. Aircon didn't work, and the room was hot. Unfortunately, I've booked this same hotel for another overnight stop in Aug.

Great hotel with great staff . Clean rooms, lovely stay and meet up for a wedding. Will definitely come back and do some retail shopping. Thank you ashford central and all the team for making the visit so enjoyable. Extra tea, coffee and milk at reception

Great hotel and location as expected really. We arrived on Friday just after 3pm, we checked in quickly and successfully. The room was spacious, it had the cot set up, the room was clean. The hotel itself had plenty of car parking, was right next to the pub and also McDonalds. There was also a local Tesco Extra around the corner which was good for us. We slept really well during the night, the beds were comfortable and just what we expected and needed from the Premier Inn. Not a pretty building but does the job.

We stayed 2 nights - 1 at each end of our trip. Room in new bit bit lovely if a bit of a maze. No road noise. Good ac. Second stay was in older room. Musty smell and noisy fans. Not up to usual standards. Breakfast restaurant looks like it’s about to be knocked down but breakfast still good

Good location, clean, easy drive to Port Lympne safari and other local attractions. Good value for money if you just want a hotel to sleep in and explore attractions

Even though this room had the benefits of an AC unit, it appears its for show not for use. The room was uncomfortable due to chilly, however I could not get it to respond even to instructions left, the fins and blade moved, but no heat. Complained to reception, he said he had to activate it there, which he said he did, however no difference at all. Shame as I stay in Prem Inn as the preferred, however this is happening a lot lately especially with the old electric panel heater. Not good enough. May start to look at alternatives rather than my normal "go to" choice.

We’ve stayed here a few times now. The last visit we were out in the annexe. Quieter, but, the shower cubicle was unpleasant. Very dirty. We prefer the older part where there’s a bath tub. The hotel is a bit dated, but apart from our last visit, have found it clean.
