We were traveling to Prince George and we spent the night here, I booked for 3 adults. we booked the king suite. When we arrived the clerk was not friendly and since we had alot of luggage and a cooler I asked for a cart and she told me to go to the court yard, I asked where the court yard was and she pointed to the side of the building. We couldnt find the court yard and it was 9pm and dark out so we had to bring everything through the lobby and up a flight of stairs and down a long hallway to get to the elevator. I dont recommend this hotel for anyone that might have a disability because every entrance has stairs. We arrived at our room on the 3rd floor, there is one elevator in the building. I first realized that they only gave us 2 towels, there was no bedding for the pullout couch, and the room was dirty. I called to the front desk for more towels and bedding and she replied no. I said you gave us 2 towels and there are 3 adults, she said come and get them. So I went all the way down to get them and told her I need bedding, again she said no. I then said well if you aren't going to give us bedding then there is no where for my daughter to sleep so you better give me my money back and we will go some where else. she then found us some bedding. I took pictures and reported everything to the front desk in the morning, there was a new clerk on duty and she said the manager would be calling me and that they would more then likely give me a free night but I never heard from them. I do not recommend staying at this hotel , it was dirty, the bathroom door lock was broken, the tv didnt work, the pullout couch has a mattress that is about 3" thick, there was food on the floor, and the cobwebs in the bedroom were gross, all the walls have rub marks and are dirty and the fixtures in the bathroom were all rusty.
