Drummond Lodge

We were super impressed and would highly recommend staying here while in or around Williams Lake area. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were ecstatic on how comfortable the bed slept. ( we’re a little snooty with bed comfort and travel with a Queen size topper which we did not have to use :) The room had AC, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and cable. The grounds are gorgeous and very welcoming. It is home to several birds and squirrels. There was actually a doe eating from their crabapple tree 30 feet from our door and didn’t spook when we came in. It was in the yard again this morning eating when we left. They are pet friendly. By far one of our favorite places we stayed while traveling. We highly recommend staying here.

Made a reservation for a non smoking room. Arrived at 6:30 p.m and checked in. Noticed a strong unpleasant odour in room, but figured I could put up with it. Noticed that the closed bathroom window had bugs, grasses and other nasty things trapped between screen & glass. Went for supper. Climbed into bed approx 9:30 p.m & noticed it reeked of stale cigarette smoke, Could not ascertain if it was the mattress or blanket or? I noticed on leaving in the morning that my door did not display the non smoking sign but others did. When I complained to the front desk clerk and asked for a possible discount I was treated rudely and it basically was inferred that it was in my imagination. They told me it had been cleaned etc. They also tried to explain the window away by saying one was on order and it was too cold to install. Will never stay or recommend this motel. This room should not have been rented out.

Awesome little budget motel. Super clean and friendly staff. Close to restaurants .nice view . Beds are comfy. Grounds are well kept and clean. There is nothing I don’t like about this lovely little gem of a place, if your in a budget pick this place. It is beside highway so if your a light sleeper bring earplugs. But it’s not too noisy actually. Great place for the price.

The mattress are nasty and dirty sheets .You will get a sore back they are worn out plus they want $100 deposit for this S. hole that you might not get back. The owners are very rude. Never again will i rent room from this place.
