The unit we were placed in was very run down. In my bathroom the toilet paper holder kept falling off the toilet paper was literally thrown on the floor. The heat made a horrible noise and smell matinence looked at it and did nothing 😒 the microwave was used once and creamated our tv dinner. Worst was stuff went misding from out room and other items were moved like the maid was in our condo when we were away.

The master bed was very uncomfortable and hard like cardboard. The jacuzzi ran out of hot water by the time it was as a quarter of a ways filled, so I had to try to boil water to put in the tub so it would be somewhat hot enough.

Our family of adults and children all had a fabulous time at Vacation Village Williamsburg. The resort was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful !

This place needs a complete scrubbing from top to bottom. Staff was rude at best. We left early and will never stay here again. We have been RCI members for many years and this is one of the worst we have stayed at.

I was surprised that the outdoor pool was open.My kids were so exited.My son jumped in and he couldn't breathe.The cold water provoked him an asthma attack.We had to rush him to the emergency room. We didn't realized that the pool is not heated. We asked a pool attendant if the pool is open and he said yes. Nobody told us that is not heated. Why this resort has the outdoor pool open if not heated and outside at night it was in the 40's?The doctor said that cold water can provoke an hart attack. My son could have died. The people that were supposed to supervise the pool were just sitting in the rocking chairs doing nothing. I can't believe that this resort is just paying people to sit. At least they could skim some leaves from the pool or sweep or wipe down tables.

I always enjoy but this time I had to come back to get a parking pass the only I had was only gud for one day smh I was only staying two.i thought dat was an inconvenience

The resort is very nice. It is well maintained and clean. We had an issue with our air conditioner and they sent a maintenance man within 20 minutes who fixed the issue right on the spot. It is close to Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, and Bush Gardens. We will definitely go back!
