Hotel is clean, room is well maintained. Staff is well trained and helpful. Basic breakfast is available to start the day, more bread etc options would be good. Swap out red delicious apples for tastier variety. Eating area small for size of hotel. Comfy beds. Pretty neighborhood.

This is close to Williamsburg and Jamestown area. We were traveling with our 2 children and their children so we reserved 3 rooms and it is spacious enough for everyone to move around. There is an indoor pool that the kids were able to enjoy after touring the day on the historical spots in Williamsburg and Jamestown.
The breakfast was great to start the day. There were eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, etc.
I would recommend this hotel for a traveling family.

The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast was hot and had many options.
It was very convenient to the park and the room for breakfast was used by many for late night snacks for groups so that was nice. We also enjoyed the pool.
What I didn't like was being on the floor with the dogs. I am not sure why we were placed there. Our hairdryer did not work and we returned it but never got a replacement. The cleaning staff took our dirty towels but never gave us any towels to replace them. We got some from the front desk. The hotel was full so maybe they were busy.

For the value point pricing the hotel is ok. Don’t expect any bells or whistles. Breakfast was really crowded tons of families crowded in and under serviced by few staff. Our room was clean but I wouldn’t walk on carpet barefooted. For one night it was fine. We slept comfortably.
