Great place to stay. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. So many places to eat nearby. People at the desk were very nice and helpful. Could not hear any noise next door or above and was able to sleep good.

Hilton Garden Inn williamsburg, needs to update ******* on the room selections, because the room that I had selected on the ******* website wasn't the room that Hilton have gave to me when I had arrived. I had selected a double room king bed. They gave me just a plain standard king room. So whatever you do. Do not book the double room king bed because according to Hilton Garden Inn williamsburg, it doesn't exist.

The staff is fantastic. Very clean rooms. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They answered all my questions with a smile and were willing to research any questions I had. The front desk person was tremendous and always was courteous and friendly. She deserves a raise for all she did with a smile.

I work in the athletic depar**ent for a division one university and I worked with Audrey Hornberger-Muth while coordinating our teams stay during a tournament held at William and Mary. I was so grateful for Audrey's quick communication and informative responses. She made the booking process very simple and quick and worked with me when we had changes. The customer service at the front desk was just as polite and informative. Sales directors like Audrey make my job more enjoyable. Thanks Audrey!

We love staying here! Their breakfast is a wonderful spread with fresh fruit, a chef to make omelettes and a very kind caring staff with southern hospitality! I would recommend this lovely bright Hilton hotel to anyone looking for an attentive staff and smiling faces!

The best thing about this hotel was the staff, from the front desk to the people working the breakfast. Just the kindest, most helpful people. I would recommend this location solely based on them. The hotel itself was nice tool.
