Love all the free options (arcade, movie theater, putt putt, etc) and the wonderful Turkey Trot event held on Thanksgiving morning! The units were a bit smaller compared to some but still definitely plenty big enough for us! The free options definitely make up for it!

Family-oriented vacation property. Our room was on the second floor, with a nice balcony, shaded and slightly concealed, facing the mini golf course. Our room was clean and spacious, and the property itself is well-maintained. Building 46, room 201A.

Wyndham Kings Gate, great place to stay and so much history in the triangle of Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Jamestown. Our suite had kitchenette, living room, bathroom, master bedroom which was very accommodating like having our own vacation home. Comfortable king bed, had breakfast each morning in our own dining area which helped save expenses on our trip. When not out and about - great space to relax in the living room with 4K 60" TV. Nice grounds with in/out door pools and hot tub which we used almost every day! Thanks to monster reservations for a great stay in a great location!

Absolute SCAM! The reservation was made for November 2nd-4th. The dates changed as the reservation was processed. Not helpful staff at all. Everyone gives the same line “reservation can’t be modified, or refunded”.

This place is a DREAM! Such a wonderful resort! Lots of activities on property, activity center with free play arcade area, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, cinema, air hockey & pool table, tennis & pickle ball courts, putt putt golf, free activities like cheese making etc. for a fee you can purchase s’more kit for fire pits. Rooms are exceptional, staff is amazing, will definitely visit again!

Great family resort for the off season. Great staff, great location. Units we were assigned were run down and in need of updating. Other than that great stay.

As usual the pressure for the sales pitch was a huge lie. Our discovery package said one sales meeting on first use of points. Our Williamsburg trip was promotional, no points used. Yet they lied and said the stay was "LINKED" to our account so it was the fist stay. NOW Wyndham is saying that our trip where we do use points is when we must attend the bs sales pitch and waste an hour of our time. So we were lied to and now tricked in to another meeting. Beware of manager there, she thought she was right and now I find out from Wyndham corporate, she lied to us. Nothing with more sleez than taking up people's vacation time with lies and BS. The resort was clean and nice and located perfectly for Busch Gardens and Historical sites. Just don't get lied to about the presentation.

A nice hotel complex with nice grounds to see. It is a large area resort. The check in takes longer than most hotels because of the sales pitch to Wyndham owners. However, their meeting did not go far over the 70 minutes like some Wyndham Hard Pitch sales tactics we have had in the past. One went to over 3 1/2 hours. We will stay here again.

Very long line to check in late, and upon finally getting in our room bed bugs were discovered in rhe unit.
