The facility and staff were top notch as usual. This is not my first time staying and it won’t be my last. Very convenient to Water Country and Busch Gardens along with Targets right across the street. 5/5

Hotel is under construction. I would advise stay away until it’s completed. Food was the exact same for 3 days in a row. No pool. One operational elevator frequently used by the construction staff.

We were not informed that the hotel was under construction/renovation, including our room. It had no closet, no rack of any sort to hang clothes, no iron/ironing board, debri all over the floor, no light over the mirror, an uncovered electrical outlet with an extension cord hanging from a wall, over a counter, to a lamp on the floor. The exhaust fan roared and rattled. There allegedly was no room to which we could move; the next day we were told that the entire 7th floor had the identical problems. It took 12 hours for us to get another room on another floor. The manager was very defensive and unapologetic for the situation. The photos of the site must be of another hotel, not this one. And the coffee was terrible. I have a video of the room and will happily share it with management, if I hear back from them. They sent me a link for a Google review, but the site wouldn't allow me to submit it, only cancel it. Hmmm.

Sorry to day that we didn’t enjoy the stay at all. The elevators were dirty. The lobby was under construction! The water was turned off without prior notice. Very disappointing with Wyndham Garden. Should have closed for remodeling!

I should have known for a $60 stay. The hotel is in a state of construction- everywhere. The room is old, tv doesn’t work unless you go ask the clerk how to use it, because the front desk phone doesn’t work- mirror had toothpaste splatters, sink and tub were ewww. I don’t normally complain- but this was uncomfortable. Breakfast was nearly nothing- coffee tasted like pot had not been cleaned out in forever.

There is some renovation construction going on, so the hotel is in a bit of a state at the moment, but that doesn't affect the rooms. Mine was comfortable and well-appointed. If you're going to Busch Gardens or Water Country, you can't find a closer hotel. I used Priceline and got an amazing deal, far less than what I expected to pay for such a nice room so conveniently located.

I understand that the hotel is under renovation but the cleanliness was very poor. At the entrance of the room, it was a mess the only good thing was that the room was clean

The hotel was going through renovations which I was unaware. Inside smells like heavy smoke and the breakfast is a joke. Never again.
